The "Pride" family started with the cow Nobly's Pride, a daughter of Imp. Nobly Born, the sire of Valiant of Oaklands. She had a daughter by H L Torono Siegfried called Siegfried's Pride, from which the family descends. She was the dam of three sons and four daughters, thus founding an important part of the present day herd.
